Multi-Marketplace Commerce — Running 10+ Seller Profiles Across 4 Platforms From One Dashboard
Managing multiple brands across MercadoLibre, eBay, Amazon, and regional marketplaces from a single operations hub
Context
A cross-border reselling operation was selling general merchandise, electronics, and beauty products across multiple marketplace platforms — MercadoLibre, eBay, Amazon, and Americanas — each with several seller profiles representing different brands. The owner was managing each seller account manually: logging into separate dashboards, creating listings one at a time, tracking inventory across spreadsheets, and coordinating fulfillment through different carrier portals.
10+ seller profiles across 4 marketplace platforms — all managed manually through separate dashboards with no centralized view of inventory or orders.
As the business grew to over ten active seller profiles across four platforms, this approach became unsustainable. Pricing inconsistencies between marketplaces, overselling due to disconnected inventory, and fulfillment delays were eroding margins and generating negative seller ratings.
Challenges
- Each marketplace had its own API, listing format, and category taxonomy. Publishing a single product across MercadoLibre, eBay, Amazon, and Americanas meant adapting titles, descriptions, images, and attributes to four different schemas — multiplied by every seller profile.
- Inventory was not synchronized across platforms or seller accounts. A sale on one eBay profile didn't decrement stock visible to MercadoLibre or Amazon listings, leading to overselling and order cancellations that damaged seller reputation scores.
- Pricing needed to account for each platform's fee structure, currency, and competitive dynamics — while maintaining target margins. Manual pricing across 10+ seller profiles was slow and error-prone.
- Order fulfillment varied by platform and destination: some marketplaces required specific carrier integrations, others had their own fulfillment programs, and tax modalities (DDP vs DDU) differed by destination country and sales channel.
- The business operated multiple brands to segment product categories and target different buyer demographics, but had no unified view of performance, inventory, or profitability across all brands.
Solution
We built one system where the owner manages everything — products, inventory, pricing, orders — and it automatically keeps every marketplace and seller profile up to date.
Automatic Listing Across All Platforms
The owner creates or updates a product once. It automatically goes live on MercadoLibre, eBay, Amazon, and Americanas — adapted to each platform's format, categories, and requirements — across all relevant seller profiles simultaneously.
Unified Inventory & Multi-Brand Management
One inventory count that updates everywhere. When an order comes in from any channel, stock adjusts across all seller profiles and platforms — eliminating overselling. Multiple brand identities, each with their own seller profiles, are managed from a single consolidated view.
Automatic Pricing Per Platform
Prices are calculated per listing based on product cost, each platform's fees and commissions, currency conversion, shipping estimates, and target margins. When costs or exchange rates change, prices adjust and sync to each marketplace automatically.
Smart Fulfillment & Carrier Routing
Orders from all platforms flow into a single fulfillment queue. The system selects the appropriate carrier based on product type, destination country, and tax handling. Labels are generated, tracking numbers pushed back to each marketplace, and inventory updated — all from one interface.
One product catalog, one inventory pool, one fulfillment workflow — published across 4+ marketplaces and 10+ seller profiles automatically.
