Who We Are

Eduardo Guerra de Castro
Founder & Engineer
Background in economics, self-taught engineer. Spent years as CTO at Bringer Corporation — an air cargo airline and parcel shipping operation — where he built the internal systems that ran freight, ecommerce, and logistics workflows. Started Mindwerks to do the same for other companies: replace the manual processes and disconnected tools that hold operations back.

Lucas Guerra de Castro
Business Development
Degree in International Business and Marketing. At Bringer Corporation, he was on the front lines of client relationships and operational coordination — the kind of work that reveals exactly where manual processes break down. At Mindwerks, he translates those business problems into project scope.
Backed by a US-based network of team members we've worked with for years.
Built in Miami
Miami is our home base. We serve clients locally and nationally, with particular strength in industries connected to South Florida — logistics, real estate, hospitality, and international trade.
